Vicki Longo, Managing Partner
Vicki co-founded 74&WEST after a 30-year career on Wall Street. During her time in financial services, she served as a Chief Operating Officer for two large businesses at both Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. During her time at Morgan Stanley, she executed a firm wide Knowledge Management system. While at Credit Suisse, Vicki held a senior client-strategy position and executed their global client relationship management program.
She is responsible for client engagement and business development.
Vicki holds a BA in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
Fedah Dahdul, PhD, Managing Partner
Fedah co-founded 74&WEST after 10 years at Credit Suisse where she built and managed their in-house global client feedback program. Before that, Fedah managed Morgan Stanley’s in-house client feedback program for 5 years. Having earned a PhD in Organizational Psychology, Fedah brings to each client engagement an intense focus on process and collaborative dynamics, as well as a holistic view of clients’ businesses.
She is responsible for research design and delivery of results.
Fedah earned her PhD in Organizational Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management. Her research focused on the development of new qualitative research methods.

Ben Cramer, Partner
Ben is closely involved with every aspect of 74&WEST’s work, since he manages the team’s workflows and plays a key role in data management, analysis and presentation-building. Ben ran all aspects of execution for Credit Suisse’s client feedback program for 10 years. Prior to that, he was a senior interviewer and analyst on Morgan Stanley’s in-house client feedback team.
He is responsible for execution and analysis.
Ben holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
