EPISODE 2: At the Intersection of Wellness and Business
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed life as we know it—at least for now—and not just on a personal level. Businesses are reconsidering how they interact with their employees and customers. They’re eager to show people they care. But long before COVID-19, Sarah Parkins (Founder and CEO of Birch Cove) was thinking about wellness and thoughtfulness. In fact, fostering a
culture of well-being within businesses is the focus of her career and the heart of Birch Cove's mission. In this episode, Sarah discusses what thoughtfulness in the business world looks like, what benefits it has, and how it may help people and companies in these frightening, uncertain times.
